| Abstract: | Práce analyzuje vliv jednotlivých faktorů na porodnost v České republice s důrazem na efekt sociálních dávek. Na základě získaných dat práce odhaduje základní a doplňující ekonometrické modely se mzdami mužů a žen. Základní modely jsou odhadované na datasetu, který je složený z dat z období 2004:01 -- 2013:12. Dále jsou odhadované doplňující modely sestavené z dat z období 2004:01 -- 2012:03. Jako hlavní determinanty vysvětlované proměnné (porodnost) jsou uvedeny mzdy mužů, mzdy žen, nezaměstnanost mužů, nezaměstnanost žen, přídavky na děti, rodičovský příspěvek, porodné, sociální příplatek a vzdělání žen. Determinanty porodnosti jsou určeny na základě výchozích studií a Beckerovy teorie poptávky po dětech. Výsledky odhadnutých modelů ukazují, že ve zkoumaném období má většina sociálních dávek pozitivní vliv na porodnost. |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the impact of selected factors on the fertility in the Czech Republic. It estimates basic and additional econometric models. The basic models are estimated on a dataset, which is composed of data from the 2004:01 -- 2013:12. Furthermore, additional estimated models are composed of data from 2004:01 -- 2012:03. The main determinants of the dependent variable (fertility) are men's wages, women's wages, men's unemployment, women's unemployment, child allowances, parental allowance, childbrith, social benefit and education of women. Determinants of fertility are based on previous studies and Becker's theory of demand for children. The results of the estimated models show that in the reviewed period most of the social benefits have positive impact on the fertility. |
