| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tureckým pojistným trhem. Nejprve představuje ve zkratce Turecko jako takové, jeho historii pojišťovnictví a vymezuje sektor životního pojištění, penzijního připojištění, povinných pojištění a komerčního zdravotního pojištění. Neméně důležitou součástí práce je představení základních tureckých právních předpisů týkajících se pojišťovnictví a jejich harmonizaci s EU. V další části práce již dostává prostor analýza ukazatelů tureckého pojistného trhu za rok 2012. Práce by měla poskytnout dostatečné informace o nejvýznamnějších tureckých institucích, pojišťovnách a zajišťovnách na tureckém pojistném trhu. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována tureckému potenciálu pro islámské bankovnictví a pojišťovnictví, protože nesmíme opomínat, že naprostá většina Turků jsou muslimové. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the Turkish insurance market. First it is about Turkey itself, its insurance history, then it defines Turkish sectors of life insurance, pension insurance, compulsory insurance and commercial health insurance. Another important part of the thesis presents main Turkish insurance legislation and its harmonization with the EU. It is followed by the analysis of indicators of the Turkish insurance market in 2012. The thesis should provide sufficient information about the most important Turkish institutions and insurance and reinsurance companies. The final chapter is devoted to Turkey's potential for Islamic banking and insurance, because it should not be forgotten that the vast majority of Turkish are Muslims. |
