| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat interní komunikaci v konkrétní zájmové skupině, která působí v oblasti kultury, a vytvořit analýzu efektivity komunikačních kanálů, které jsou v souboru využívány. V práci je nejprve obecně popsána interní komunikace v rámci skupiny. Následně se dívá na situaci do amatérského divadelního spolku "S bojkou v zádech, o.s.". V hlavní části se zabývá pozorováním vybraných komunikačních situací, které vznikaly při přípravě nejnovější divadelní hry, a analýzou dostupných dokumentů. V závěru práce zkoumané jevy vyhodnocuje. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis aims to describe the internal communication in particular interest group, which operates in the field of culture, and create an analysis of the effectiveness of communication channels that are used in the group. The thesis first describes internal communication in group in general. Then looks at the situation in a particular amateur theater group "S bojkou v zádech, o.s.". The main part deals with the observation of selected communication situations that arose during the preparation of the latest play, and analysis of available documents. In conclusion, it evaluates the phenomena studied. |
