| Abstract: | Podnikatelský plán je zásadním dokumentem pro každého podnikatele. Cílem této bakalářské práce je nejprve vyhledat a utřídit teoretické informace o tvorbě podnikatelského plánu a poté takto načerpané znalosti podnikového plánování využít k vytvoření detailního podnikatelského plánu, zaměřeného na konkrétní podnikatelský nápad. Součástí této práce je také marketingový výzkum a zakladatelský rozpočet. Tento podnikatelský plán by poté mohl sloužit jako podklad k případné realizaci projektu a jeho možnému rozvoji, což je shrnuto v závěru práce. |

| Abstract: | The business plan is an essential document for every entrepreneur. The goal of this Bachelor's Thesis is to search for relevant theoretic information about creating a business plan and organise them so they can be used to construct a detailed business plan focused on a particular business idea. As a part of this Thesis there is also a marketing research and a basic budget plan. This business plan could be used as a base for the project's possible realization and development, as is written in the end of the Thesis. |
