| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zmapovat a analyzovat pracovní motivaci zaměstnanců vybraného podniku a na základě zjištěných výsledků navrhnout možná opatření problematických oblastí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů motivace, především pracovní motivace, zdroje motivace, teorie motivace a stimulační prostředky. V praktické části je popsána firma MeDitorial, s.r.o., použitá metoda, analýza a zhodnocení získaných informací a návrh změn. Sběr údajů byl ve zvolené firmě proveden metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Otázky se týkaly pracovních podmínek a režimu práce, náplně práce, vztahů na pracovišti, vztahu k organizaci a dobrovolné péče o zaměstnance. Výsledkem analýzy a zhodnocení názorů zaměstnanců jsou navrhovaná opatření. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is to map and to analyze the work motivation of employees in the selected company and on the basis of the results suggest possible solutions to problem areas. The theoretical part is focused on definition the basic terms of motivation, especially work motivation, sources of motivation, motivation theories and stimulation instruments. In the practical part is described the company MeDitorial, s.r.o., the used way, the analysis and evaluation of received information and the suggestion of changes. The collection of data was realized in the selected company by the way of semi-structured interview. The questions were about labour conditions and operating mode, scope of employment, relationships in the workplace, relationship to company and voluntary care of employees. The result of analysis and evaluation opinions of emploees is suggested arrangements. |
