| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou pojištění domácností a nemovitostí na českém trhu. Cílem práce je vytvořit přehled pojišťoven poskytujících majetková pojištění pro fyzické osoby a porovnat tato pojištění. První část práce je zaměřena na teorii, především na obecnou charakteristiku pojištění domácnosti, pojištění nemovitosti a odpovědnostních pojištění. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na představení pojišťoven a jejich pojistných produktů. Ve třetí části je zachycen aktuální stav českého pojistného trhu v oblasti neživotního pojištění a také srovnání pojištění domácností a pojištění nemovitostí pomocí modelových příkladů. V závěru práce je zhodnocení získaných poznatků. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of household and property insurance on the Czech insurance market. The aim is to create a list of insurance companies providing this type of insurance and compare them. The first unit focuses on the theory, especially on general characteristics of household insurance, property insurance and liability insurance. The second unit focuses on insurance companies and their insurance products. The third unit contains information about the Czech insurance market and comparison of insurance products, using model examples. In conclusion there is evaluation of the information based on the created analysis. |
