| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na komparaci systémů politických stran Ukrajiny a Ruska. Pozornost je zaměřena na historický kontext vývoje těchto stranických systémů a jejich proměny po jednotlivých parlamentních volbách od rozpadu Sovětského svazu. Cílem práce je zjistit příčiny odlišností stranických systémů pomocí analýzy institucionálního a právního rámce a jeho vlivu na složení současných parlamentů, stability stranických systémů a okolností vzniku politických stran. Práce tak představuje příspěvek k diskuzi ohledně transformace stranických systémů postkomunistických zemích, jejich specifik a přibližování se stranickým systémům konsolidovaných demokracií západní Evropy. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the comparison of party systems of Ukraine and Russia. Attention is focused on the historical context of the development of the party systems and their changes after each parliamentary election since the collapse of the Soviet Union. The aim is to identify the causes of differences in party systems through the analysis of the institutional and legal framework and its influence on the composition of the current parliaments, stability of party systems and circumstances of the formation of political parties. The work represents a contribution to the debate about the transformation of party systems of post-communist countries, their specifics and the approaching party systems of consolidated democracies of Western Europe. |
