| Abstract: | Práce si klade za cíl zanalyzovat finanční hospodaření podniku KOPOS Kolín, a.s. v letech 2009-2013, zejména pomocí výpočtu jednotlivých poměrových ukazatelů. V návaznosti na provedenou finanční analýzu je cílem i nastínit plánovaný budoucí vývoj podniku vyjádřený prostřednictvím jednotlivých položek účetních výkazů. V části první, tzv. metodické, jsou popsány jednotlivé finanční ukazatele, jednak jejich vypovídací schopnost a jednak postup výpočtu každého z nich. Další, obsáhlejší kapitola zahrnuje aplikaci popsaných nástrojů a metod na konkrétní data, která jsou získaná z účetních výkazů podniku, konkrétně rozvah a výkazů zisku a ztráty. Součástí této části je také interpretace zjištěných výsledků. Dále navazuje krátkodobý finanční plán na rok 2014, sestavený na základě kombinace předpokladů a odhadů, které jsou jednotlivě taktéž vysvětleny a popsány. V závěrečném úseku práce lze nalézt celkové vyhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this thesis is to analyse financial performance of KOPOS Kolín, a.s. from 2009 to 2013, especially, via calculating various ratios. Following the financial analysis, the thesis also aims to outline the future plan of this company development, expressed through the individual items of financial statements. The first part of the thesis describes the individual financial ratios, both their explanatory power and their calculation. The following part focuses on the application of the methods and tools to actual data, which were obtained from the financial statements of the company, namely balance sheets and profit and loss statements. Furthermore, the thesis also includes interpretation of the results and a short-term financial plan for 2014, whose creation was based on combination of assumptions and estimates, also explained and described there. The final part deals with total assessment of the financial health of the company. |
