| Abstract: | Předmětem této diplomové práce je finanční analýza společnosti Poděbradka, a.s. za období let 2007- 2012 a komparace jejích výsledků s vybranými konkurenčními podniky. Práce je rozdělena do tří stěžejních částí. První se věnuje teoretickým východiskům finanční analýzy, další část přibližuje odvětví výroby nápojů a představuje srovnávané společnosti. Třetí část, vlastní finanční analýza, je provedena pomocí běžných ukazatelů rentability, likvidity, aktivity a zadluženosti a použitím bankrotních a bonitních modelů. Zjištěné skutečnosti jsou shrnuty v závěru. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this diploma thesis is the financial analysis of Poděbradka, a.s. company during the period of 2007-2012 and a comparison of its results with selected competitive companies. The work is divided into three principal parts. The first part is committed to theoretical foundations of financial analysis. The next part gives some insight into the industry of drinks production and introduces the companies included in the comparison. The third part, the financial analysis itself, is carried out with the help of common indicators of profitability, liquidity, activity and indebtedness. |
