| Abstract: | Cílem mé práce je zasvětit čtenáře do současné problematiky zaměstnávání absolventů škol v České republice, a to formou analýzy současného stavu, identifikace problémových oblastí v zaměstnávání absolventů škol a návrhu možných řešení. Praktická část je zaměřena na porovnání očekávání mezi absolventy vstupujícími na trh práce a jejich potenciálními zaměstnavateli. Pro rozpracování je použito metody dotazníkového šetření. Výstupem mé práce je návrh doporučení pro absolventy škol pro hladší vstup na trh práce a doporučení pro potenciální zaměstnavatele. |

| Abstract: | The aim of my theses is to introduce to readers the current theme of graduate employment in the Czech Republic, through the analyses of current status, identification of problem areas in the employment of graduates and possible solutions. The practical part focuses on the comparison between the expectations of graduates entering the labor market and potential employers. I have used the questionnaires method. The output of my theses are recommendation proposals for graduates for smoother entry into the labor market and recommendation for potential employers. |
