| Abstract: | The main goal of the master's thesis is to understand the actual needs of Czech Generation Y and propose a mobile services product fitting the best their needs. The topic is approach from both theoretical and practical perspective. Theoretical part proposes a better understanding of researched topic and conducts a deep market analysis. The practical part follows with the research and precise definition of the target group, its buying habits and the major unmet needs. |

| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je porozumění aktuálních potřeb české generace Y a zároveň navrhnout takové produkty mobilních služeb, které by se nejvíce hodily pro potřeby této generace. Téma této práce je zpracováno jak z teoretické tak z praktické stránky. Teoretická část poskytuje lepší porozumění daného tématu a analýzy trhu. Praktická část navazuje na teoretickou část a upřesňuje definici cílové skupiny, její nakupovací návyky a jejich neuspokojené potřeby. |
