| Abstract: | Diplomová práca sa venuje poistnému trhu Lloyd's of London. Hlavným cieľom je podať komplexný pohľad na tento špecifický subjekt na trhu s poistením a zaistením, jeho históriu a postavenie na trhu. Ďalej sa v práci nachádza popis štruktúry trhu, Spoločnosti i kapitálu, prehľad zákonov, ktoré sa priamo trhu Lloyd's venujú, a tiež plánov na rozširovanie jeho pôsobnosti. Časť práce je venovaná vývoju regulatorného systému vo Veľkej Británii, v Európskej únii a ich dopad na trh. |

The work also contains a description of structure of the market, Corporation and capital, an overview of laws that involve Lloyd's market and also plans to expand its scope. Part of the work is focused on the development of a regulatory system in United Kingdom, the European Union and their impact on the market. |
