| Abstract: | Hlavním předmětem této práce je penzijní systém v České Republice, především jeho druhý pilíř, který byl zaveden v roce 2013. Práce nejprve charakterizuje penzijní systémy dle zvolených kritérií, dále se věnuje historickému vývoji systému v České Republice, kde se postupně dostává k důvodům, které vedly k nutným změnám. Tím se práce dále přesouvá k reformám penzijního systému v posledních letech. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na druhý pilíř a analýzu jeho neúspěchu v komparaci s dalšími zeměmi V4, součástí hlavní části je dále obecná analýza druhého pilíře. Na základě toho se práce snaží odpovědět na otázku, zda je zrušení druhého pilíře opravdu vhodné. V závěru se práce snaží na základě provedené analýzy a názorů odborníků navrhnout změny, které by měly být zahrnuty v budoucím vývoji penzijního systému v České Republice. |

| Abstract: | The main subject of this bachelor thesis is the pension system in Czech Republic, primarily its second pillar which was introduced in 2013. First part of thesis is focused on the characteristics of pension systems divided into selected criteria, followed by the description of historical progression of the system in Czech Republic. This progression led the spring of this thesis to the reasons which has led to needs of a change. This part is followed by analysis of reforms in past years. The main part of this thesis is focused on the second pension pillar and analysis of its failure in the Czech Republic, compared to the other countries in V4 group. Constituent part of the main section is also made by general analysis of a second pillar. Answer to the question of cancellation of the second pension pillar is based on those analysis. Last part of this thesis is focused on proposing changes which should be covered in designing of the future progression of the Czech pension system. |
