| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením dopadů hospodářské krize na hospodaření 130 největších měst v České republice. Tyto obce jsou rozděleny do čtyř skupin, které jsou pak podrobně hodnoceny. Zkoumaným obdobím je časový úsek ohraničený roky 2003 a 2012. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část popisuje teoretický rámec hospodaření obcí a předpokládaný vliv hospodářské krize na rozpočty obcí. Druhá část se věnuje hodnocení příjmů a výdajů v průběhu zkoumaného období. Analýza je provedena jak v absolutních hodnotách rozpočtů obcí, tak i na bázi finančních ukazatelů, které se používají k analýze finančního zdraví obcí. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the evaluation of the impact of the economic crisis on the 130 largest cities in the Czech Republic. These municipalities are divided into four groups, which are then evaluated in detail. The research period is the time interval bounded by the years 2003 and 2012. The work consists of two parts. The first part describes the theoretical framework of municipal finances and the expected impact of the economic crisis on the budgets of municipalities. The second part deals with the assessment of revenues and expenses during the period under review. The analysis is performed both in absolute municipal budgets and on the basis of financial indicators that are used to analyze the financial health of municipalities. |
