| Abstract: | Diplomov{ pr{ce se zabýv{ problematikou Corporate performance managementu a zejména metodou Balanced Scorecard. V teoretické č{sti jsou pops{ny teoretick{ východiska této metody a s ní souvisejících oblastí, ze kterých vych{zí prakticky zaměřen{ č{st, jež vznikla ve spolupr{ci s poradenskou společností Ambica. Metoda Balanced Scorecard je díky své univerz{lnosti velmi popul{rním n{strojem performance managementu využitelným prakticky v jakékoliv organizaci. Díky této univerz{lnosti neexistuje jednotný postup jejího n{vrhu a univerz{lní software využitelný pro podporu n{vrhu Balanced Scorecard. Přínosem této pr{ce je vytvoření postupu n{vrhu Balanced Scorecard pro tuto společnost a vytvoření z něj vych{zejícího seznamu funkčních vlastností softwaru, které by měl obsahovat software v budoucnu vyvíjený touto poradenskou společností. |

| Abstract: | This thesis discusses the topic of Corporate performance management and focuses on Balanced Scorecard method. In the theoretical part are described theoretic backgrounds of this method and fields related to the method. The practical part is based on the theoretical part and it is a result of cooperation with the consulting company Ambica. Balanced Scorecard method is thanks to its universality very popular tool of Corporate performance management which is usable in almost all types of organizations. Due to universality there is no single procedure how to implement BSC within an organization and also no supporting software exists. The aim of this thesis is to create a design procedure BSC and compile a list of functional properties of new Ambica's BSC software. |
