| Abstract: | Cílem práce je seznámit s firemní kulturou společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a. s. V první kapitole jsou rozebrána teoretická východiska k pojmu firemní kultura. Druhá kapitola seznamuje se společností ŠKODA AUTO a. s. Třetí kapitola je věnována firemní kultuře společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a. s a jejím zaměstnancům. Stěžejní částí práce je závěrečná kapitola, která interpretuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření a dochází k závěrům ohledně firemní kultury společnosti. |

The mainstay of the thesis is the final chapter that interprets results of survey and comes to conclusions about corporate culture of SKODA AUTO a. s. |
