| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoreticko-metodologickou a praktickou část. V teoreticko-metodologické části práce jsou na základě literatury popsány druhy analýz interního a externího prostředí. Praktická část se zabývá konkrétní společností, na kterou jsou poznatky z teoretické části aplikovány. Cílem diplomové práce je strategická analýza a návrh strategie společnosti AB Facility, a. s. Strategická analýza zahrnuje jak analýzy externího prostředí, tak i prostředí interního. Na základě výsledků těchto analýz bude navržena nová strategie, nebo potvrzena strategie stávající. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is divided into theoretical-methodological and practical parts. In the theoretical-methodolical part, the types of analyses of the internal and external environments are described according to literature. The practical part deals with a specific company, to which the findings of the theoretical part applied. The aim of the thesis is the strategic analysis and design of the strategy for the company AB Facility, a.s. The strategic analysis includes both the analysis of the external and internal environments. Based on the results of these analyses there will either be a new strategy proposed or an existing strategy confirmed. |
