| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na analýzu životních situací občana v souvislosti se službami veřejné správy. Jedním z hlavních cílů je seznámit čtenáře se službami veřejné správy, s pojmem eGovernment a poskytnout srovnání této oblasti s jinými zeměmi. Splnění těchto cílů je dosaženo studiem zdrojů týkajících se českého i zahraničního eGovernmentu a je mu věnována teoretická část práce. Praktická část je věnována vybraným životním situacím (službám) občana v souvislosti s nástroji eGovernmentu. Ty byly prostřednictvím stanovené metodiky podrobeny analýze s cílem zjistit úroveň přívětivosti ve vztahu k uživateli a v případě potřeby navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení. Stěžejní část práce je pak věnována nástroji komunikace s veřejnou správou, a to datové schránce. Čtenář se dozví, jakým způsobem schránku zřídit a aktivovat či na jaké úrovni je uživatelské prostředí a funkcionalita, kterou lze v souvislosti s datovou schránkou použít. Přínosem práce je seznámení čtenáře s prvky eGovernmentu a s projekty, které jsou v jeho rámci na území České republiky realizovány. Dalším přínosem je seznámení čtenáře s datovou schránkou do takové úrovně, že ji, po přečtení příslušné kapitoly, bude schopen použít. |

| Abstract: | The final thesis focuses on the issue of analyzing the situation of a citizen in connection with a services of the public administration. One of the main goals is to acquaint the reader with the services of the public administration, with the concept of eGovernment and provide a comparison of this area with other countries. These objectives are achieved by studying resources relating to Czech and foreign eGovernment and they are given to the theoretical part. The practical part is devoted to the specific life situations (services) within communication between citizen and public administration. These services were analyzed through a defined methodology to determine the level of friendliness in relation to the user and if necessary, make recommendations for improvement. The main part is devoted to the data box. The reader learns how to set up and activate the data box, what level the user interface is and what functionality can be used in connection with the data box. Benefit of this work is to familiarize the reader with the eGovernment projects in the Czech Republic. Another benefit is to familiarize the reader with the data box to levels that he will be able to use it. |
