| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je popis a analýza teoretické koncepce základního příjmu, jehož primárním cílem je poskytovat finanční jistotu všem členům společenství a výrazně tak zlepšit společensko-ekonomickou situaci. Pomocí přístupu normativní ekonomie práce analyzuje a hodnotí současný systém sociálního zabezpečení. Navrženy jsou změny, jejichž výsledkem je nový model tohoto systému. Ten naplňuje cíl práce z hlediska integrace základního příjmu mezi ostatní nástroje s důrazem na zjednodušení systému dávek a dosažení spravedlivější distribuce sociálních transferů. Hlavní omezení je financování tohoto modelu, které vytváří schodek v rozpočtu. Možná opatření k řešení tohoto problému jsou součástí doporučení v závěru práce. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is to describe and analyse the theoretical concept of basic income. Its primary goal is to provide financial security to all members of society and to improve the social and economic situation. While using approaches from normative economics, the work analyses and assesses the current social security scheme. Changes have been made to this scheme resulting in a new model of this system. The goal is achieved by the integration of basic income between other instruments while aiming to simplify and fairly distribute social benefits. The main limitation is financing of this new model which creates a deficit in the budget. Possible action towards dealing with this issue is highlighted in the end of the last chapter. |
