| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo provést finanční analýzu a prozkoumat finanční zdraví podniku Madeta a. s. a jak si stojí společnost z hlediska výnosnosti za sledovaná období 2010-2013. Má práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První je část metodická, kde definuji různé finanční ukazatele, které pak následně využívám v aplikační části. Druhá část práce je část aplikační, kde provádím finanční analýzu podniku a výsledky jsou srovnávány s konkurenční firmou Danone a. s. Provedenou finanční analýzou bylo zjištěno, že na všechny ukazatele podniku Madeta a. s. působila krize mlékárenského průmyslu. Podnik proto snižoval náklady, restrukturalizoval výrobu a musel propustit i velké množství zaměstnanců. V roce 2013 už ukazatele dosahovaly příznivých hodnot, tudíž lze soudit, že společnost krizi ve zdraví obstála. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis was to carry out financial analysis and examine the financial health of the company Madeta and as a company where they stand in terms of return over in the observation period 2010-2013. My thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is methodological, where I define various financial indicators, with them I am working in the application part. The second part is the application part, where I perform financial analysis and the results are compared with competing company Danone. By financial analysis was found out, that crisis in dairy industry had influence on all the indicators of Madeta. Therefore Madeta cut the costs, restructured production and had to discharge a large number of employees. In 2013 Madeta reached positive indicator values, therefore we can assume that the company got over the crisis in health. |
