| Abstract: | Tato práci se zabývá analýzou ekonomické situace Španělska. Práce zprvu popisuje historický předkrizový vývoj Španělska týkající se vstupu do Evropského společenství a Hospodářské a měnové unie. Poté podrobněji analyzuje ekonomickou situaci za posledních patnáct let. Analýza je částečně provedena prostřednictvím makroekonomických ukazatelů a poukazuje na změny, kterými si země prošla. Největší rozmach ekonomiky země zažívala v době před finanční krizí. Finanční krize v zemi zanechala následky, které jsou zjevné dodnes. Nicméně bylo zjištěno, že v posledních dvou letech se hospodářství mírně oživuje a že budoucnost země vypadá pozitivně, avšak stále má před sebou plno výzev. |

| Abstract: | This thesis analyses the economic situation in Spain. First, it is described the historical pre-crisis development of Spain related to the entry into the European Community and into the Economic and Monetary Union. Then, in more detail, it analyses the economic situation during the past fifteen years. The analysis is partly made by using the macroeconomic indicators and it shows the changes which the country has gone through. The biggest economic boom in the country was before the financial crisis. The financial crisis has left consequences which can be seen till today. However, it was investigated that in the past two years the economy has slowly started to recover and the future of the country appears to be positive, but still the country faces a lot of challenges. |
