| Abstract: | This Bachelor`s thesis is a business plan of the event agency. It consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is based on theory from books and other re-sources. In theoretical part there are some definitions about entrepreneurship, business plan and some strategic analyses tools. In addition, it includes the history of entrepre-neurship in Kazakhstan. Practical part is focused on creation the business plan. It in-volves some external and internal analyses, marketing strategy and financial plan. Based on this business plan it should be evaluate if the business is profitable or not. |

| Abstract: | Táto bakalářská práce je podnikatelským plánem event agentury. Je složena z dvou čás-tí: praktické a teoretické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na teorie z knih a jiných zdrojů. V teoretické části jsou definice pojmů podnikání, podnikatelského plánu a některých strategických nástrojů. Je tam navíc zahrnuta historie podnikání v Kazachstánu. Prak-tická část zaměřená na tvorbu samotného podnikatelského plánu. Ona zahrnuje externí a interní analýzu, marketingovou strategie a finanční plán. Na základě podnikatelského plána musí být stanoveno, jestli podnik bude ziskový. |
