| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikační strategií hotelu Four Seasons Prague. Hlavním cílem je zhodnocení služeb, které společnost poskytuje svým klientům, a navržení nového produktu. První kapitola se zabývá historií oboru hotelnictví, popisuje současné trendy a kategorie hotelů. Druhá kapitola představuje společnost Four Seasons a její korporátní politiku. Třetí a poslední kapitola se zabývá jednotlivými službami poskytovanými hotelem Four Seasons Prague. V závěru kapitoly je navržen nový produkt pro hotelové portfolio služeb, který splňuje korporátní požadavky. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis centres around communication strategy of Four Seasons Hotel Prague. The main goal is to evaluate services the company provides to its clients and to design a new product. The first chapter deals with history of the hospitality industry, describes current trends and hotel categories. The second chapter presents Four Seasons company and its corporate policies. The third and final chapter addresses different services provided by Four Seasons Hotel Prague. The last part of the thesis is devoted to designing a new product meeting corporate requirements for the hotel services portfolio. |
