| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na historii nelegálního obchodu, a to především obchodu s drogami. Zabývá se jejich produkcí, distribucí a následným užíváním. V první části rozděluje omamné látky do skupin a podává stručné informace o jejich charakteristice. Dále mapuje historii nelegálního obchodu počínajíc starověkem a konče současností. Na aktuální situaci navazují protidrogová opatření států, kde práce zmiňuje vzniklé instituce a hlavní mezinárodní dohody z této oblasti. Zaměřena je zvláště na Českou republiku a její aktuální protidrogové strategie a výdaje spojené s touto problematikou. V rámci nelegálního obchodování jsou v práci rozpracovány hlavní producentské oblasti a trasy, po kterých drogy dále putují. Pro ilustraci aktuální situace, v poslední části, zkoumá nelegální trh v Praze a Středočeském kraji. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis is focused on the history of the illegal trade, particularly on drug trafficking. It concerns the drug production, distribution and consumption. In the first part intoxicants are divided into groups and the thesis gives brief information about their characteristics. It also maps the history of the illegal trade beginning in antiquity and ending with the present. Then follow government antidrug measures where the thesis also refers to incurred institutions and major international agreements in this field. It focuses particularly on the Czech Republic and its current drug strategy and expenses related to this issue. Within the frame of drug trafficking are elaborated the main drug producing areas and the distribution paths. As an illustration of the current situation, the last section examines the illegal market in Prague and Central Bohemia. |
