| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá IT podporou pro správce nemovitostí. Cílem práce je identifikace stavu trhu s IT prostředky pro oblast podnikání, která je zaměřená na poskytování služeb správy nemovitostí. Na začátku je definováno prostředí a procesní model. Dále jsou popsány klíčové procesy pomocí metodiky MMABP a k nim informační potřeba. V poslední části je proveden průzkum trhu v této oblasti. Výsledky práce mohou pomoci začínajícím i středním firmám v oblasti správy nemovitostí, nebo bytovým družstvům či samostatným SVJ při výběru vhodné IT podpory pro správné fungování. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis deals with IT support for facility management. The aim is to identify the state of the market for IT support in the area of business that is focused on providing property management services. At the beginning is defined environment and the process model of facility management. The following describes the key processes using the methodology MMABP and adds information needs. In the last part is done a market research in this area. The results can help both novice and medium-sized businesses in property management or housing associations or individual condominium in selecting suitable IT support for the proper functioning . |
