| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracovat podnikatelský plán internetové sítě Snouti.es, posoudit jeho proveditelnost a ujasnit si strategické cíle organizace. Snouti.es je projektem neziskové organizace, která bude založena za účelem pomáhání zvířatům. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části -- teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je definován podnikatelský plán a jeho jednotlivé části. Dále jsou zde sepsány možnosti financování klasického podniku i neziskových organizací. Praktická část aplikuje metody a teoretické poznatky v konkrétním podnikatelském plánu. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to create a business plan for an internet site Snouti.es, to assess its practicability and to get the strategic goals of organization straight. Snouti.es is a project of a non-profit organization which will be found for the purpose of help for animals. The thesis is divided into two main parts -- theoretical one and practical one. A business plan and its individual parts are defined in the theoretical part. Also there are written the possibilities of financing of classic organization and non-profit organization. The practical part applies the methods and theoretical knowledge in the particular business plan. |
