| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá okolnostmi, které vedly k dekolonizaci Alžírska. Cílem práce je analýza francouzsko-alžírských vztahů za doby alžírské války, zejména pak určení specifických rysů Alžírska a jeho důležitosti pro Francii. Dílčím cílem práce je také analýza dvou protichůdných skupin: francouzské nacionalistické organizace Organizace tajné armády, jejíž cílem bylo zachování Alžírska pod francouzskou nadvládou, a Fronty národního osvobození, která si naopak kladla za cíl získání alžírské nezávislosti. Dalším dílčím cílem práce je analýza událostí na francouzské politické scéně, jejíž změny výrazně ovlivnily další vývoj v otázce Alžírska. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the circumstances leading to the decolonization of Algeria. The aim of the thesis is to analyze French-Algerian relations during the Algerian war, especially to determine the specific features of Algeria and its importance for France. Another aim is the analysis of two opposite groups: the French nationalist organization Secret Army Organization whose objective was maintenance of French Algeria, and National Liberation Front which, in contrary, desired to gain the Algerian independence. The work also deals with the events on the French political scene whose changes considerably influenced following the development of the Algerian question. |
