| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je přiblížit specifika Estonska v oblasti ekonomické, obchodní a kulturní. První kapitola představuje estonskou geografii, obyvatelstvo a historii. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na ekonomické a obchodní prostředí Estonska. Třetí kapitola pojednává o estonské kultuře a jejím vlivu na obchodní jednání. Čtvrtá kapitola je praktickou částí a předkládá výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo mezi estonským obyvatelstvem. Dotazníkové šetření se týká především estonské obchodní kultury. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to introduce specifics of Estonia in economic, business and cultural areas. First chapter introduces Estonian geography, population and history. Second chapter is focused on economic and business environment of Estonia. Third chapter deals with Estonian culture and its influence on business negotiations. Fourth chapter is a practical part and presents the results of questionnaire survey which was made among Estonian citizens. The survey concerns most of all estonian business culture. |
