| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit finanční situaci podniku Kofola a.s. a její vývoj v letech 2009 až 2013 na základě finanční analýzy, interpretovat její výsledky, zjistit příčiny těchto výsledků a navrhnout případná doporučení pro zvýšení finanční výkonnosti podniku. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy spojené s finanční analýzou a metody použité v analytické části. V druhé praktické části je představena analyzovaná společnost Kofola, a.s., poté jsou prezentovány výsledky provedených výpočtů, jejich vysvětlení a komentáře. Celá práce je zakončena zhodnocením celkové situace a shrnutím zjištěných poznatků. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to evaluate financial situation of company Kofola a.s. and its development in the years 2009 to 2013 on the basis of financial analysis, to interpret its results, to find out the causes of these results and suggest eventual recommendations for improvement in financial performance of the company. The work is divided into two main parts. Basic terms related to the financial analysis and methods used in the analytic part are described in the first part. The second part consists of presentation of analyzed company Kofola a.s., afterwards there are presented results of calculations and their explanation along with comments. The work is finished with the evaluation of the overall situation and summary of findings. |
