| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce Péče o zaměstnance je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou poskytování jednotlivých zaměstnaneckých výhod (z pohledu zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele) a analyzovat jejich nabídku v České republice. Za tímto účelem byl sestaven dotazníkový formulář, který měl za úkol zjistit, jaké zaměstnanecké výhody jsou pracovníkům nabízeny, které z nich využívají, které by naopak uvítali a zda mají dostatek informací o systému zaměstnaneckých výhod v jejich firmě, případně jaký systém preferují. Pro provedení hlubší analýzy byly dotazníkovým šetřením zjišťovány i dodatečné informace o firmě (velikost, obor působení apod.) a o zaměstnanci (věk, pohlaví ad.). Výsledky analýzy jsou rozebrány a zakomponovány do praktické části a následně souhrnně prezentovány v závěru jako výstup bakalářské práce. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis Employee Care is to introduce the issue of providing employee benefits (regarding both employee and employer) and to analyse their offer in the Czech Republic. To achieve this, a questionnaire was created. Its task was to determine which employee benefits are offered to employees, which of them are really used, which employee benefits employees would like to have, whether they have enough information about the benefits system in their company, or what kind of system they prefer. Moreover, the questionnaire contains additional information about the company (size, specialization, etc.) and about the employee (age, gender etc.), which was used for deeper analysis. The results of the analysis can be found in the practical part of the thesis and then they are summarized at the end of the Bachelor's Thesis. |
