| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kulturou a kulturními rozdíly. Cílem práce je představení pohledu zahraničních studentů na českou kulturu před a po absolvování stáže v rámci organizace AIESEC. Výzkum je proveden pomocí kvalitativních rozhovorů a dotazníků, na jejichž základě jsou představeny české kulturní stereotypy, které panují v zahraničí, a změna pohledu stážistů po absolvování stáže. Dále jsou zjištěny vlastnosti, které dle stážistů nejvíce vystihují "typického Čecha". |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with national culture and cultural differences. The thesis aims to introduce the insight of foreign students into Czech culture before and after the internship within the AIESEC organisation. The research is based on qualitative interviews and questionnaires on the basis of which Czech cultural stereotypes that can be found in foreign countries are determined and the change of the point of view of the trainees at the end of the internship. Furthermore, the characteristics that according to trainees express the "typical Czech" are also observed. |
