| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce analyzuje absolventy a mladé do 25 let na trhu práce v Jihočeském kraji. Cílem práce je definovat vývoj a současnou situaci vybrané skupiny na specifickém trhu práce. V druhé řadě pak rozčlenění skupiny dle vybraných charakteristik a jejich vzájemné porovnání. Nakonec definovat nástroje, které jsou využívány k podpoře zaměstnanosti. |
