| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem financování mladých basketbalistů. V práci jsou analyzovány náklady, které musí být hrazeny v souvislosti se zajišťováním basketbalové přípravy. Na problematiku je nahlédnuto jak z pohledu klubů tak domácností. Rozebrány jsou jejich rozdílné struktury nákladů. Práce obsahuje také celkovou kalkulaci výdajů, které je nutné průměrně do mladého hráče investovat. Výsledkem této práce je vyhodnocení dvou hypotéz, které byly stanoveny. Jedna se týká rostoucího trendu nákladů se zvyšujícím se věkem hráčů a druhá poměru mezi náklady, které hradí klub a které domácnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of financing of the youth basketball players. It analyzes which expenses have to be paid with connection to ensuring basketball preparation of young players. Both the view of a club and a household are discussed and the different structure of their expenses are mentioned. The total amount of money to be invested in an average young player is calculated too. The final result of this bachelor thesis is assessment of two hypothesis that have been set -- one concerning the growing trend of expenses with rising age of players and second the ratio between the expenses to be paid by the club and the household. |
