| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma: "Deskriptivní analýza vybrané vlastnické transakce se společností (obchodním závodem)", se zaměřuje na seznámení s problematikou vlastnických transakcí a jejich druhy. Následně se práce důkladněji zabývá vybranou vlastnickou transakcí a to fúzí sloučením. V této kapitole poskytuje práce detailnější informace o fúzi sloučením a následně o jejím průběhu. V praktické části práce byla provedena analýza třech vybraných fúzí sloučení, kde se analýza soustředí především na změny ve vlastnické struktuře a rozdílu z přecenění, pokud tato skutečnost nastala. Závěrečná kapitola následně porovnává jednotlivé fúze sloučením opět především z hlediska vlastnické struktury a rozdílu z přecenění. |

| Abstract: | Thesis on:" Descriptive analysis of selected property transactions with companies ( commercial plant)" is dedicated to understanding the challenges of ownership transakcions and their types . Subsequently, the work deals with thoroughly selected ownership transaction - merger acquisition . In this chapter, the thesis provides detailed information on the merger acquisition and its progress. In the practical part of the thesis analysis of three selected merger acquisition was made, where the analysis focuses mainly on changes in ownership structures and differences from revaluation , if this event occurred. The final chapter then compares the transactions again, especially in terms of ownership structure and difference from revaluation. |
