| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá fundamentální analýzou akciového titulu Komerční banka, a.s. kotovaného na Burze cenných papírů Praha, a.s. Jejím hlavním cílem je provést fundamentální analýzu akciového titulu na úrovni globální, sektorové a firemní, stanovit vnitřní hodnotu akcie a provést investiční doporučení. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na vliv makroekonomických veličin na akciový trh. Druhá část se zabývá odvětvovými faktory českého bankovního sektoru. Třetí část obsahuje výpočet vnitřní hodnoty akcie Komerční banka, a.s. V závěru je provedeno celkové zhodnocení a formulováno investiční doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is concerned with fundamental analysis of stock title Komerční banka, a.s., quoted on the Prague Stock Exchange. Its main aim is to analyse the stock title at the global, industry and company level, determine the intrinsic value of the share and set investment recommendation. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is focused on influence of macroeconomic variables on the stock market. The second part deals with the sectoral factors in the Czech banking industry. The third chapter contains calculation of the intrinsic value of the stock title Komerční banka, a.s. In the conclusion, there is the overall assessment and formulation of investment recommendation. |
