| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje Alzheimerově chorobě, kterou trpí miliony lidí na celém světě a náklady na tuto nemoc dosahují takřka 400 bilionů korun. První část je věnována vymezení nemoci, příznakům, projevům a léčbě. Druhá část se zaměřuje na náklady spojené s touto nemocí. Náklady jsou identifikovány a kvantifikovány pomocí Cost of Illness analýzy. |

The first part is devoted to the definition of the disease, symptoms, symptoms and treatment. The second part focuses on the costs associated with this disease. Costs are identified and quantified by Cost of Illness analysis. |
