| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit problematiku řízení týmu, týmové spolupráce a sdílení znalostí. V oblasti řízení týmu, týmové spolupráce a sdílení znalostí analyzovat skutečné potřeby cílové skupiny a navrhnout řešení pokrývající její skutečné potřeby. V teoretické části práce definuji základní pojmy týkající se této problematiky, budu se věnovat stručnému popisu vývoje groupware, popíši vlastnosti týmů a týmové spolupráce a identifikuji moderní trendy těchto nástrojů. V praktické části práce definuji cílovou skupinu práce, vymezím její potřeby a kritéria, které použiji při výběru konkrétního nástroje a tento výběr popíši. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the matters of team management, team collaboration and knowledge sharing, then to analyze the real needs of the target group in those areas and to suggest a solution to this problem. In the theoretic part I define basic concepts of this thesis and delimit its needs and criteria of selection, which will be used in selection and description of a concrete tool. The practical part consists of a target group definition, a specification of its needs and a definition of criteria used for choosing the solution. The chosen solution is described afterwards. |
