| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ženy - matky na trhu práce. Cílem je ukázat, jaká je v současné době situace na trhu práce pro ženy, které se chtějí vrátit do zaměstnání po mateřské nebo rodičovské dovolené. Práce zkoumá, jestli je ženám umožněno sladit zaměstnání s péčí o dítě. Teoretické poznatky jsou podpořeny výsledky několika výzkumů a mým dotazníkovým šetřením, kde ženy vyjadřují svůj názor na situaci v České republice a k postoji zaměstnavatelů k těmto ženám. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on women - mothers in the labour market. The aim of the thesis is to acquaint current situation in the labour market for women who wish to return to employment after maternity or parental leave. This thesis examines the posibility for women to harmonize employment with childcare. Theoretical knowledges are supported by research findings and my questionnaire survey, where women express their opinion on the situation in the Czech Republic and the attitude of employers of these women. |
