| Abstract: | Předmětem této práce je zpracovat realizovatelný podnikatelský plán založení dětské cukrárny s názvem Drak ve městě Trutnov. Popisuje majetkoprávní náležitosti, vlastnickou strukturu, zpracování SWOT analýzy, marketingový a finanční plán. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část má za úkol vymezit klíčové pojmy pro podnikatelský plán, jeho strukturu a dále popisuje metodologii, která je využita v praktické části. Praktická část obsahuje samotný podnikatelský záměr, který realizuje podnikatelskou myšlenku založení dětské cukrárny. V závěru je podnikatelský plán vyhodnocen a zanalyzována jeho možnost uvedení do praxe. |

| Abstract: | The object of this thesis is to develop a feasible business plan establishing a children's patisserie named Drak situated in Trutnov. It describes requisites of property rights, ownership structure, SWOT analysis, marketing and financial plan. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is responsible for defining the key concepts of business plan, its structure and further it describes the methodology that is used in the practical part. The practical part of this thesis contains a business plan itself, which implements the business plan of establishing a children's patisserie. In conclusion the business plan is evaluated and the possibility of putting it into practice is analyzed. |
