| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je Strategická analýza podniku. Cílem je využít teoretické znalosti o jednotlivých krocích strategické analýzy a aplikovat je na zvolenou organizaci. V první teoretické části jsou popsány základní kroky strategické analýzy a vybrané metody využívané pro interní a externí analýzu. V praktické části jsou aplikovány vybrané metody a provedena strategická analýza vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí vybrané společnosti. Z informací, které byly získány z jednotlivých analýz, byla sestavena souhrnná matice SWOT analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this thesis is "Strategic analysis of the company." The aim is to use theoretical knowledge about each step in the strategic analysis and apply them to chosen organization. The first part describes the basic steps of strategic analysis and selected methods used for internal and external analysis. In the practical part, they are applied to the selected method and a strategic analysis of the internal and external environment of the selected company. From the information that has been obtained from the individual analysis was compiled summary matrix SWOT analysis. |
