| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením projektu zahájení klinického hodnocení v České republice pomocí metod projektového řízení. Tento projekt bude popsán, rozdělen do základních činností v práci zobrazených v Ganttově diagramu. Činnosti a následně celý projekt je analyzován v MS Project, z hlediska nákladů, času a zdrojů. Následně jsou tyto analýzy popsány s odkazem na teoretickou část, kde jsou uvedeny základní pojmy, metody a analýzy. Projekt a jeho analýzy by se mohly s malými úpravami použít i v praxi, protože projekt je naplánován tak, aby odpovídal obecným požadavkům klinických hodnocení v České republice. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the management of a project entitled Start-up of clinical trials in the Czech republic. Methods and tools of project management are applied to provide the project s analysis. In the practical part the project is firstly described. The description includes the project s environment, the scope and targets and the basic activities. Activities and finally the whole project are analysed by MS Project (considering costs, time, resources). The analyses are described in relation to the theoretical part of the thesis. In the theoretical part the basic terms, methods and analyses are described. The project is planned to meet the general requirements in clinical trials in the Czech republic. |
