| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce "Podnikatelský záměr" je předložit podnikatelský plán jezdeckého areálu v blízkosti Brna a spolupracujícího jezdeckého klubu. Práce by měla stačit jako podklad pro získání investora. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části je popsána teorie sestavení podnikatelského plánu a přehled položek, které by měl obsahovat. V praktické části je teorie aplikována sestavením zkráceného podnikatelského plánu. Plán odhaduje průběh prvních osmi let projektu včetně hledání pozemků, hrubého odhadu stavby areálu, popisu majetku společnosti, popisu výdělečných aktivit, výpočtu provozních nákladů, vysvětlení konkurenční výhody, úryvků finančního plánu, ukazatelů rentability, hlavních bodů marketingu, analýzy SWOT a odhadu budoucího vývoje. Závěr obsahuje krátké zhodnocení podnikatelského záměru a kritické ohlédnutí za některými nedostatky tohoto podnikatelského plánu. |

| Abstract: | The objective of thesis "Business plan" is to present a business plan of equestrian center near Brno and a cooperating equestrian club. The thesis should be sufficient as a document for getting an investor. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part contains the theory concerning composition of a business plan and an overview of points it should address. In the second part the theory is applied by composing a short-form business plan. The plan estimates the progress of first eight years of the project including seeking building lot, rough estimate of building facilities, assets portfolio, description of business activities, calculation of operating expenses, explanation of competitive advantage, parts of financial plan, return ratios, basic marketing points, SWOT analysis and estimate of future progress. The conclusion includes a short assessment and a critical hindsight of drawbacks of this business plan. |
