| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je úbytek hostů subjektu cestovního ruchu Camping Praha Klánovice. Cílem práce je tento problém analyzovat a navrhnout vhodná opat-ření k řešení tohoto problému, resp. odstranit hlavní příčiny, které klesající návštěvnost způsobují. Základním pilířem pro poznání vnitřního i vnějšího prostředí podniku je detailní strategická analýza, která je následně doplněna o metody užívané k řešení problémů (Ishikawův diagram, Brainstorming, TOPSIS). Výstupem práce je návrh řešení, která napomohou k opětovnému zvýšení návštěvnosti subjektu. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the loss of customers in the subject of tourism Camping Praha Klánovice. The aim is to analyze the problem and to propose appropriate solutions of this problem, respectively to remove the main causes that cause declining attendance. The basic pillar for understanding the internal and external environment is the detailed strategic analysis, which is then supplemented by methods used to solve problems (Ishikawa diagram, Brainstorming, TOPSIS). The output of the thesis is to suggest solutions that will help again increase the attendance of this subject. |
