| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce jsou doporučení a návrhy zaměřující se na rozvoj kreativity pomocí IT. Výsledky práce vycházejí z podrobné modelové analýzy provedené se zaměstnanci skutečné společnosti Sedláček s. r. o. Práce dále uvádí a analyzuje skutečnosti vztahující se obecně ke kreativitě, kreativním rysům osobnosti a organizaci a vedení projektů. V závěru práce je zhodnocena současná situace v dané společnosti a jsou uvedena doporučení, která by organizace podobného typu mohly implementovat. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis are the recommendations and proposals focusing on the development of creativity using IT. The results of the work are based on a detailed model of the analysis conducted with the employees of the actual company Sedláček s. r. o. The work further identifies and analyzes the facts relating generally to creativity, the creative features of the personality and the organization and management of projects. At the conclusion of the work is evaluated the current situation in the company and are set out recommendations that organisations of a similar type may implement. |
