| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá potravinovým právem EU. Cílem této práce je vytvořit ucelený přehled právních základů potravinového práva a blíže seznámit čtenáře s daným tématem. První kapitola se zabývá obsahem primárního a sekundárního práva EU v oblasti potravinového práva. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na transpozici komunitárního práva do českého právního řádu a třetí kapitola je věnována sankcím za porušení potravinového práva v ČR a ve Španělsku. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with EU Food Law. The aim of this work is to create a comprehensive synopsis of legal basis of the Food Law and to introduce this theme in more detail to the reader. The first chapter addresses both primary and secondary EU Law in the field of Food Law. The second chapter is about the transposition of the Community law to Czech legal system and the third chapter discusses sanctions for a breach of the Food Law in the Czech Republic and Spain. |
