| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analýza, zda je plánovaný projekt vhodný pro realizaci z hlediska ekonomických, technických, personálních a jiných faktorů. K odhadu vývoje situace byly použity historické výstupy z realizací jiných projektů a analýza celkové situace podniku. Dále jsou použity nejrozšířenější marketingové analýzy k průzkumu nového trhu a stanovení vhodné marketingové strategie. Na základě zmíněných vyhodnocení se pak rozhodne o realizaci výrobku, jelikož nevyžaduje velké investice a nenese příliš velká rizika. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this study to analyze if planned project is suitable for implementation in terms of economic, technical, personnel and other factors. Practical experiences of implementation of other project, company and market analysis was used for predictions. The most famous marketing analysis was used to explore the new market and establish marketing strategy. Decision about implementation will based on all acquired data. Project does not require large investment and there is not any big risk for realization. |
