| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na oblast ECM a její reprezentaci v referenčním modelu řízení podnikové informatiky MBI. Primárním cílem je rozšíření a aktualizace komponent ECM vedených v MBI jako objekty, úlohy neboli podnikové procesy týkající se IT řízení podniku a vazeb mezi těmito objekty a úlohy. Práce přináší detailní přehled o přínosech, rizikách a problémech spojených s implementací jednotlivých komponent ECM. |

| Abstract: | The work is focused on ECM and representation in the reference model of IT management MBI. The primary objective is to expand and update ECM components in the MBI as objects, tasks which are represented as the business processes related to IT management and the relationships between these objects and tasks. Work provides an detailed overview of the benefits, risks and problems associated with the implementation of the various components of ECM. |
