| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání nájmu, pachtu a leasingu z právního i praktického hlediska. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem lze tyto instrumenty použít v případě pořízení movité věci pro soukromé účely. Jako příklad je zde zvolen osobní automobil. Pro zkoumání a vyhodnocení jsou použity metody analýzy a komparace. Obecným zvykem soukromých osob v případě pořizování osobního automobilu je využití metody financování úvěrem nebo finančním leasingem. Autor práce proto porovnal nabídky těchto forem financování spolu s nabídkou operativního leasingu, tak jako jejich obchodní podmínky platné pro zákazníky. Operativní leasing ve zkoumaném případě vyšel finančně nejvýhodněji. Výsledek zkoumání se však nedá zobecnit, neboť daný případ byl zkoumán za určitých podmínek a předpokladů. |

| Abstract: | The thessis focuses on comparison of rental, tenancy and leasing in legal and practical perspective. The aim is to find out how can these instruments be used for acquisition of movable property for private needs. A car has been chosen as an example. For research and evaluation there have been chosen methods of analysis and comparison. Common habit of private persons in acquisitions of cars is to take a credit or leasing from financial institution. The author of this thessis compares offers of those two methods along with an offer for rental as well as their terms and conditions. Car rental has come out as the cheapest in examined case. The results of examination cannot be generalized, because this case has been evaluated under specific conditions. |
