| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných projektů na rozvoj dopravy v rámci ROP NUTS II Jihozápad. Cílem práce je projekty analyzovat, vyhodnotit a zobecnit vzniklé odchylky a změny při jejich realizaci a na tomto základě provést vhodná doporučení směřující k jejich eliminaci. Práce se zaměřuje na dva úspěšně realizované projekty v oblasti dopravy, kterými jsou rekonstrukce mostu v Písku a rekonstrukce mostu v Roudném u Českých Budějovic. V obou případech byl žadatelem Jihočeský kraj. Celá práce se sestává ze dvou částí: z teoretické/metodologické a aplikační. První, teoretická část, pojednává o základní podstatě strukturální politiky, o významu, cílech, principech a zdrojích financování regionální politiky, z nichž žadatelé mohou získat finanční prostředky na realizaci projektů. Dále se zaměřuje na operační programy jakožto nástroj pro čerpání prostředků z evropských zdrojů a na způsob rozčlenění území EU na NUTS jednotky. V teoretické části je rovněž definován projekt, jsou rozlišeny typy projektů a vysvětlen projektový cyklus. Metodologická část zahrnuje použité metody pro analýzu tak, aby byl naplněn cíl práce. Druhá část práce aplikuje teoretické poznatky na analýzu vybraných projektů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of selected projects for transportation development under ROP NUTS II Jihozápad. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the projects, evaluate and generalise the incurred deviations and changes during their realisation, and based on that, to propose suitable measures leading to the avoidance of deviations and changes during future projects. The thesis is focused on two successfully realised projects in the field of transportation, which are the reconstruction of a bridge in Písek and the reconstruction of a bridge in Roudné near České Budějovice. The South Bohemian Region applied for funding for the projects in both cases. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical/methodological and practical. The first, theoretical part, describes the essence of structural policy, the meaning, the aims, the principles, and the sources of funding for regions, from which applicants may get funds for a projects realisation. It is also focuses on operational programmes as a tool for drawing funds from European sources, and on the division of the European Union territory into NUTS units. In the theoretical part, a project is defined, types of projects are distinguished, and a project cycle is explained. The methodological part discusses the methods used during the thesis work. The second, practical part of the thesis applies theoretical knowledge to analyse the selected projects. |
