| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá světovým trhem kávy a bližší analýzou postavení Kolumbie na tomto trhu. Úvod se věnuje charakteristice kávy od její historie, přes pěstování, zpracování, nákup a pražení až po její spotřebu. Následně je charakterizován světový trh s kávou. Na tomto trhu hraje důležitou roli Mezinárodní organizace pro kávu založená na kávových dohodách. Dále jsou představeni největší kávoví producenti, exportéři, spotřebitelé, importéři a také nejznámější kavárenské řetězce. Práce také přibližuje fungování světových kávových burz. Poslední kapitola se věnuje postavení Kolumbie na světovém trhu. Kolumbijský kávový trh je analyzován pomocí získaných hodnot produkce, spotřeby, exportu a importu. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis deals with the international coffee market and the position of Colombia at this market. The beginning focuses on the characteristics of coffee from its history, growing, processing and buying to its consumption. Afterwards, there is defined the international coffee market. The thesis introduces International Coffee Organization that plays a significant role in the coffee market and that is based on International Coffee Agreements. Furthermore, in the thesis I am analysing the most important coffee producers, exporters, consumers, importers and the world-famous coffee chains. The thesis also describes work of coffee stock market. The last chapter deals with the analysis of the position of Colombia at the international coffee market through obtained values of its production, consumption, export and import. |
